Joe Yochem, Broker-in-charge

Joe Yochem is the owner and broker in charge at SouthEnd Properties. He has been involved in commercial real estate investment and development since 1975. 

Opened in 2010, SouthEnd Properties specializes in commercial real estate investment, development, and buyer/tenant representation within Charlotte and its surrounding areas.

Joe has a BA from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Mindy Leonard, Broker

Mindy Leonard has been involved in commercial real estate since 2003. She is both a licensed broker and a licensed appraiser with a wide range of experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Mindy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
